What’s the best long-lasting, not runny eye-liner?
My eyeliner always like drips and at the end of the day, all around my eyes are black.

for black pencil liner that lasts go for Urban decay or Nars
for liquid- i like sephora brand or WetNWild(NOT the Waterproof wet n wild)
you could try a gel liner or cream like Loreal High Intensity Pigments. I feel like HIP works a whole lot better than liquid liners. It stays put all day long and I get a way thinner line than pencil (I dont look very good in black liner so if I ever wear it I try and keep a very thin line)
